Background

Task Forces are appointed, as necessary, by the Directors’ Council, who also designates the Task Force Chair. Each Task Force then selects other members as needed, meets as needed, and shall exist for a designated period of time or until the task is completed, whichever comes first. The Task Force submits its report to the Executive Committee and then the Directors’ Council.
