After-Hours Emergency

A system emergency is a situation in which Sierra, the OPAL catalog (WebPAC), or off-campus proxy at a member site becomes inaccessible. If the OhioNET offices are closed, and you have determined a system is down, please call the emergency line, and leave a voicemail with a detailed description of the system or service outage. You can expect a return phone call within two hours.
