Hours Open / Days Closed

Simply send OPALHelp your details in an email or word document:

• Outline regular hours (and the starting date for those).
• Enumerate the hours for each day that deviates from the regular hours.

As long as we can discern core hours and deviations, use whatever format works best for you. It's also not necessary to send the schedule for the entire year if that information isn't available yet. Because core hours often change dramatically in the summer or adjustments are made for the new academic year, you can choose to send your updates for each semester if you prefer. You will be notified as soon as the changes have been made.
